Condemn BBC's outrageous piece of tabloid journalism about Auroville

We, the undersigned, protest the BBC aired nine-minute video on Auroville in its programme NEWSNIGHT.

We call on BBC to stop making and Broadcasting programs and events without valid and reliable evidence which goes against the interest and purpose of Auroville.

We call on BBC to air programs and events which highlight the ideals and ideas behind Auroville based on Human Unity. In addition we ask BBC to highlight the work Auroville has done on supporting the surrounding community.

Moreover, BBC as a responsible media house should focus on Auroville's role in Psunami relief work and highlight it.
