Bayou Blue was founded in 1899 when the first church on Lakelong Dr. was created. Bayou Blue has become a place where people can live and raise families.
More people are currently moving into the area known as Bayou Blue therefore Bayou Blue needs to be recognized.
Bayou Blue needs to be incorporated into a town.

"We, the undersigned, call on the Governor of Louisiana to allow residents of Bayou Blue (Lafourche Parish) to incorporate a new town for this area".
