EA and Dice have changed Battlefield 4 fire/zoom L2/R2 buttons on the PS4 system.
This change is from the standard that was established on the previous console/game which is L1/R1 they have not given players the option to change these features that was standard before.
EA and Dice give players the option to default flip this setup which is Zoom L1 and Fire R1 for some veteran players who chose now not to play your game because of this change.
If this option is not viable give players a refund for the premium packages that have already been purchased if they want it.
