Ban Valencia High School Student Parking within the Copper Hill Community

The residents under the Copper Hill Homeowners Association, including the Silhouette, Promontory, Cornerstone and Montevista communities, whose signatures are outlined in this petition, have drafted said petition to ban all traffic coming from Valencia High School from parking within our residential community of Copper Hill, specifically on Copperstone Drive.

In order to safeguard the safety of our young children from excessive vehicle traffic, property values, and available parking for ourselves, guests and visitors, we are hereby petitioning the Copper Hill Homeowners Association to act on our behalf in protecting our residential rights. We are requesting that all parking within our residential communities, as outlined above, directly related to Valencia High School, specifically its students and/or faculty, be prohibited.

The parking situation has become dangerous as the cars weave in and out of our streets, causing potential hazardous situations for our young children and pedestrians within our community. The drivers of these automobiles leave behind a significant amount of litter throughout our community. The students loiter within our neighborhood leaving our community susceptible to vandalism and destruction of property.

It is requested that the Copper Hill Homeowners Association act immediately in safeguarding our residential rights and protect our neighborhood from any potential accidents or property vandalism as a result of the parking situation from Valencia High School.
