It is long overdue that the Animal Protection Act be amended to include prohibition of tethering / penning of dogs on a permanent basis in Nova Scotia.
This is no life for ANY dog.
By signing my name below, I hereby ask the Government of Nova Scotia to ban the permanent tying out / penning of any and all dogs in the province of Nova Scotia.
