This petition is to ban high technology transfer to Europe and to treat the EU as one sensitive country.
Petition:
We want to ban high technology transfer to Europe and treat the EU as one sensitive country. Europe is hiring DOE sensitive citizens to transfer technology to enemy countries and interfere with US research and developement. Russian citizens must not be allowed to be employed in EU federal facilities.
