Background (Preamble):
Motorized vehicles are allowed to drive on the streets of Simcoe's Business Improvement area, causing carbons to be released in the air and disabled people not allowed to cross the streets by themselves.
Climate change can be addressed and disabled people will be able to explore downtown Simcoe independently once motorized vehicles are banned from driving through Simcoe's business improvement area.

We, the undersigned, call upon Mayor Dennis Travale and the Norfolk County Council to ban motorized traffic through the Simcoe Business Improvement Area between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays (Mondays through Fridays) as this represents peak hours for business.
