Ban hotkeys

Jeff has allowed hotkeying.

Using hotkeys is just a second way of macroing. somebody can type 123 and it does /da /rep and /chance saving a lot of time from typing it all out and giving them a WAY unfair adantage over anybody who does not use hotkeys.

If you think jeff should not allow hotkeys sign this petition.
