Dear Sir,
It real shame to the whole human race at this time to carefully watch a whole community displaced and driven out from their ancestral homes for what is NOT their fault at all and yet the world watches quietly as these great suffering is inflicted on these innocent people. As at this time of writing many of the displaced Bakassi children knows nothing about school anymore hence roaming and begging on the streets. No homes, no food, no clothes,no work for the displaced Bakassians anymore.
Some of these people have made their way to some United Nations Offices in Nigeria, Benin Republic etc for protection since Nigerian government have clearly shown their incapability of providing protection to them... the result is that these UN offices are instead increasing their sufferings even more cos for several weeks now no protection has been given these people and so their suffering continues...
I want to ask, does the Bakassi displaced people deserves all these suffering? Are these UN offices right to refuse protecting these innocent people? Are they not human beings like any other people? Why are they treated this shamefully? Ban Ki Moon please advise your staff cos they seem not to know that they are serving humanity...
PLEASE UNITED NATIONS RESETTLE THESE BAKASSI DISPLACED PEOPLE COS THEY HAVE SUFFERED FOR TOO LONG... I rest my case

We, the undersigned, are calling on Ban Ki Moon the United Nations Secretary General to call the United Nations offices/staff to please rise up with one mind and spirit and offer protection to these displaced Bakassians and their families who managed to find their way to this world Body for refuge cos their suffering is becoming too unbearable.
