Hungarian Avril Lavigne fans started this petition, when they heard there was small chance their beloved artist would make a stop on her Black Star Tour in Hungary.
They were taken by surprise, as Avril has been to Hungary twice before.
Fans were looking forward to a concert in Hungary, as Avril related fan communities have just grown and become a central part of their lives.
