Consumer Affairs Victoria is denying the opportunity to fundraise in order to create a school for children with Autism in the Ballarat area. Often in regional areas there is little to no help for Autistic kids.
They have denied the application outright because the school doesn't exist yet. No, I'm not kidding. The Government has placed a lot of nonsensical road blocks (rules and laws) in the way to stop positive change.
Tell Consumer Affairs Victoria and other Government departments that the Autistic community needs this school to be built.
Tell Government departments to allow this school to be created and to give fundraising permission. No child should be left behind.
All children deserve the right to an education.
