The Waseca County board of commissioners is not recording the audio of their meetings and due to very limited information in the documented minutes of the meetings, it is very hard for anyone to hold them accountable for things they have said or agreed to.
For citizens that are unable to attend the meetings, there is really no way to know exactly what happened as the meeting minutes do not always give an accurate picture of the business that took place.
We, the undersigned, request that the Waseca County Board of Commissioners begin to record the audio from their meetings and maintain the recordings so that any citizen of Waseca County can have access to the information and business discussed at these meetings.
