The Times Express and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette both revealed that during Monroeville's HHS investigation, it was discovered and revealed that unauthorized individuals, including members of the fire department were able to access police information, records and intelligence.
These records may come under the jurisdiction of CHRIA (Criminal History Records Information Act). We are asking the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, Kathleen G. Kane to investigate these allegations and prosecute those found to have violated the laws.
