Petition the ACLU to Assist Electronic Harassment, Stalking and Domestic Torture Victims

There is wide spread evidence that a growing number of citizens within the U.S from all walks of life are reporting being harassed and assaulted with technologies that can be used as weapons to harm organ systems, induction voices and sounds, lead a person to false imprisonment or false diagnosis of mental illness, electronic rape, breaking and entering of homes and resultant serious health problems. The development, past use, and continued research of these technologies is well documented within the military and scientific literature which can be provided if necessary.

We believe that research and development of these technologies that can be used as weapons by the U.S. military, intelligence agencies, law enforcement and their third party contractors including private corporations and individuals has resulted in the stalking, harassment and torture of many hundreds of U.S. citizens without their knowledge or consent.

The ACLU wrote a report called "The Surveillance Industrial Complex: How the American Government is Conscripting Business and Individuals in the Construction of a Surveillance Society," so your group is aware that persons are being surveilled but, the depth of harassment, invasion and human rights violations of the crime of Domestic Surveillance is one that must be fought in the courts and we desperately require representation.
