The homeowners of Aspen Manor have continuously received increases in association fees as well as additional billings for such expenses for snow removal.
The homeowners have continuously requested to see financial statements and receipts and continuously have been denied.
Homeowners have requested board elections as well as introductions and titles of current board members.
All requests are within the bylaws.
We undersigned call upon Aspen Manor Association to open their financial books for review. Including any all contracts with outside companies, receipts for expenditures, salaries and any tax documents filed.
