Rwanda is a sovereign state, that obeys all international conventions, but it is overlooked by so called world's powers like France and German by arresting government officials on state's mission.
Lt Conol Rose KABUYE was arrested by German's Police at Frankfurt airport when she was on mission to prepare president Paul KAGAME private visit to German. This arrest is contrary to Vienna conventions.

Petition:
We undersigned, call for UN and EU to remove and condemn Jean-Luois B's arrest warrant on Rwanda's state officials including Rose Kabuye who is in France to charges of Ex President and French soldiers died in plane clash in Kigali in 1994.
Please, understand this; RPF inkotanyi never in history was named a terrorist group. It was an armed group that was fighting for the rights of many Rwandans that had lived many years in exile fled the Belgian's and french collaborators. It a shame to from a so called international judge to call the members of RPF Inkotanyi terrorists.
Habyarimana and his soldiers french inclusive were involved Tutsi killing and planning for genocide. No wonder, that it originated from France and German then to Rwanda. How could not have been done when it was a common practice at home. Habyarimana and french soldiers died in a civil war full stop. The widows should petition french government as to why they sent their husbands to die for no reason.
Black box should be released and tell the whole truth. We are small nation but guarded by the almighty hands, King of Kings GOD. We shall fear no one but false accusations, we shall no nation, but defense our nation. UN intervene in France's petty politics, or else they will be ashamed in eyes many.
