The Roads of Dreamsite are littered with extremely large pot holes. During rainy weather the road are impassable and hard to navigate on. Impossible for school buses to navigate on to pick up and drop off the children of Dreamsite. Several residents have slid off the roads
The US Post-office and trash pick up complain about the condition of the roads. To this day the county Sheriffs have complained and have a hard time navigating and locating the roads at this time.
We worry about response time with Fire Dept., Sheriff Dept. and other emergency responses. The existing road Patterson Ln or CR 401 does not met county road spec. but is a county road. Furthermore there are a total of 3 roads that have the name of Patterson Ln.
The undersigned residents of Dreamsite request that the Commissioner of Pct 3 and the Commissioners Court approve the maintenance and required repairs to the Two roads in subdivision.
The residents are willing to give up to 20 ft. of property each to the county for the above improvements.
We understand that this might increase property taxes that will be equally divided among the residents of Dreamsite.
Also we would like to rename the two roads in the Dreamsite land Development.
