American Citizens' Declaration Of Independence

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. -- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed not the special interest groups or lobbyist to obtain monies or votes, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new systems for elections , laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government abuse of power, and to provide new Guards for their future security. --Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present Republican and Democratic parties is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over this nation. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

They have endeavoured to pass legislation to allow the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners for the purpose of votes.

They have for votes conspired with special interest’s to pass legislations that have driven enterprise away from this Nation. They have ignored the will of the people to fully protect our unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness ensured to the people by the Constitution.
They have ignored the will of the people and erected a multitude of New Offices and New Agencies , and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

They have imposed Taxes on us which are instituted by class of citizen without our Consent:
They have abolished our most valuable Laws, and altered our Constitution by means of translation and transformed fundamentally the Forms of our Governments. They have created through their passage of legislations groups of free citizens constrained and dependent on the state for their well being and taken away their freedoms, and put excess burdens on fellow citizens. They have suspended the will of the people, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever based on special interest‘s to obtain votes.

They have failed to balance budgets which has weakened our standing in the world and thus deprived our citizens of unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. They have put the nations debt to levels that our unborn citizens are in debt before they are born.

They have deceived and scared the people of this nation through propaganda and fear to turn people against their own neighbor’s, for their parties own will
They have imposed laws and regulations upon it’s citizens but have exempted themselves from those very same laws and regulations.

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments for the purpose of their parties:

We have been wanting in attentions from our Republican and Democratic brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them from time to time of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here.

We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.

We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation of political parties from special interest groups and lobbyist , and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies to the security and rights of all of it’s citizens and this nation, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the people of the united States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this great Nation, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and an Independent Nation from the tyranny of the Republican & Democratic parties and their special interest groups and lobbyist; And that as Free people and an Independent People and Nation, we demand that representatives of this nations government who are members of the Republican & Democratic parties, President and all members of Congress and Senate be charged with Bribery, and other high Crimes and Misdemeanors which citizens of a free Nation may of right do, for doing the will of the special interest groups and lobbyist in place of the citizens they represent.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
