Category: Neighborhood Living
Region: United States of America
Target: Residents of Fenwick Commons, Johns Island, SC
Description/History:
Although our covenant states that we are not allowed to park on the street, most houses in our neighborhood are three bedroom, and several households have three cars.
Without notice, several cars were towed at the expense of $300.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, wish to amend the covenants of Fenwick Commons at Fenwick Plantation. Because so many households have more than two cars, it only makes sense for people to be able to park on the street.
As the residents (and therefore directly affected) of Fenwick Commons, we wish for street parking to be legalized.
