We purchased our home in 1991. Our home is currently 16 year olds. We have painted several times. The wood is beginning to show some age and deteriotation. It is getting more difficult to maintain the exterior with just painting the wood.
We the undersigned are requesting that the Building and Use restrictions registered by Robert George and New Dimension Home and Developers on August 4, 1989 be amended to allow the home owners to replace the wood siding with vinyl siding and that the new Building and Use restriction deed be change to indicate that material utilize may consist of brick, wood or vinyl.
