It is our intent to preserve our community with, zoning, land use, and local coastal plan for South Oceanside Neighborhood.
We, the undersigned wish to OPPOSE the consideration of Development Plan (D-28-06), Revision to Conditional Use Permit (C-30-02REV06) and a Revision to Regular Coastal Permit (RC-15-02REV06) to permit the construction of a 1,800 square foot commercial building for intent of storage of bicycle sales, next to an existing 2,090 square foot commercial retail building working under Conditional Use Permit C-30-02 located at 1227 Vista Way - Amazon Bikes.
