The property changes to 1161 11th Ave South have been an appreciated improvement to our community. The additions to the hand rails have increased traffic to other neighboring businesses and we are no longer lost in the community but we now have a "royal" presence.
The castle has encouraged neighboring children to want to read, learn and be creative. Neighboring children have been very inquisitive about the building and whats inside which are books, educational toys and educational games.
Jump N Jacks is working with the neighboring schools such as Glen Iris with reading programs, story times and more.
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Birmingham Planning and Zoning to allow the signage in front of the property and the "castle like" rails to remain on the property.
