Allow Hijabs for female workers in Canada

Petition Background (Preamble):
Muslim women are facing many challenges to acquire jobs with their Hijab (Head coverings). Why do we not see a Muslim women working in an airport with the Hijab on? Why dont we see Muslim women working in banks with their Hijab? Why do we not see Muslim women in an Airline with their Hijab?
This shows that Muslim women are being faced with major setback of getting the job just because they have to cover themselves. Although according to the Employment Act Employers are not suppose to discriminate with any religion; however, for a Muslim girl or women acquiring a job in a well recognized governmental level, women with Hijabs are not a first choice because they are covering themselves.
Although Employers say that they do not discriminate but in realty women are being discriminated. Everyone has a right to practice their religious beliefs in the manner they want.
Please come together with me to make a Muslim Women Head covering allowed at work without being discriminated to acquire jobs.

We, undersinged, Muslim women would like to be given freedom of wearing Hijab (Muslim Head covering) at any kind of job.
As Muslim women, it is our symbol of religion and we should not be discriminated or given less preference for any Job because we wear Hijab.
Allow us the freedom to practice our religious beliefs.
