Petition Background (Preamble):
safaricom is the among the highest earning companies in kenya if not the first, due to their high rates.
Before the introduction of the new ceo the rates were low and there were alot of good offers which were really appreciated by the faithful subscribers.
But because they have the highest number of subscribers doesn't mean they should exploit the poor Kenyans with high rates.

Petition:
WE want them to stop exploiting the unable Kenyans.
Because they have the highest number of subscribers and they earn billions of shillings after tax we want them to reduce the rates.
We hope this petition will help and it's going to bring a change.
