If more people are in a after school program they can be off the streets and out of trouble. If there is a child that usually steals 10 dollars worth of goods per day and he goes to an after school program he would be entertained for the time he would normally be stealing.
I went to a good after school program and because of it my GPA went up one whole number. What would that do for America?
We the undersigned call on the USA government to fund more after school programs and give extra grants to those schools who do start or enhance their after school programs.
