Target: United Nations-General Assembly
Background (Preamble):
My country, Taiwan, has a population of 23 millions and a territory 36,179 sq. km in size.

My people directly elect members of Congress, President and Vice-President; and we have a democratic government that exerts effective governance.

Taiwan is not part of PRC. Taiwan is the only country today that has been excluded from the United Nations. Taiwan should be a member of United Nations.

Petition:
UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 did not decide "Taiwan is part of China," or did it authorize the PRC to represent Taiwan and the Taiwanese people in the UN.

The United Nations must not recklessly distort the true meaning of the Resolution. We insist that Taiwan is Taiwan, and Taiwan is absolutely not part of China.
