Add four way stop at intersection of Flanagan and Orchard

Background (Preamble):
A high incident rate of automobile speeders. Neighbors constantly calling for Police presence. Parents and children in fear of standing at bus stop due to the excessive speed automobiles are traveling down Flanagan Ave.
Even when we see police presence, people traveling down Flanagan Ave. still don't receive the message, because the police presence is short-lived.
In previous attempts, the residents around this location have proposed speed bumps, only to be told that the emergency vehicles would be susceptible to suspension damage. A four way stop will not impose any damage to emergency vehicles and is a safe cost effective method of protecting our community and its children.

We the undersigned propose a four way stop sign installed at the intersection or Flanagan Ave and Orchard Dr. to protect and preserve the well being of our neighbors and their children.
