Add a four way stop sign at the intersection of West Franklin Street and N. Duane Avenue

At the intersection of W. Franklin Street and N. Duane Avenue, visibility is decreased due to the hedges marking the lawn of 301 N. Duane Avenue.
Vehicles are having to go past the stop sign in order to see oncoming traffic, some having to go as far as the middle of the intersection. On several occasions this has proven to be extremely unsafe.
When winter arrives the odds of an accident doubles, if not triples, as vehicles will need to go farther into the intersection. Asking the homeowners of 301 N. Duane Avenue to get rid of their hedges is not an option we feel is necessary.
We, the undersigned, call on the Town of Union and/or the Village of Endicott, to add a four way stop sign to the intersection of W. Franklin Street and N. Duane Avenue.
We feel it is warranted and necessary to the safety of all who travel through this intersection.
