Bullies are often not stopped or suspended/expelled by school teachers. I once witnessed a friend being called "fat" when she knocked over a desktop computer by accident, and just because she had a large backpack. She was as skinny as a twig, yet they called her fat based off of the size of her bag.
The teacher witnessed it, too, and yet she did nothing. Everybody laughed and the teacher stood there, looking at and grading papers. Though it seemed like the teacher had not seen the incident, everybody knew that the teacher did.
Teachers do almost nothing to stop bullies and stop their actions; if they do, they don't try to stop bullying completely.
I, am against bullying, and call on STOMP Out Bullying to help us with this petition.
