ACMA Please Investigate Breaches of Radiocommunications (Citizen Band Radio Stations) Class Licence 2002 By Helen From Stratton

I have tried on several occasions by requesting over the UHF CB, by telephone and via sms for Helen to cease her behaviour but she simply dismisses my requests and continues her abhorrent behaviour.
Helen's Constant verbal abuse of not only myself but other users of PER04 has now gotten to the point where CBRS users can not use the repeater at all and quite frankly I am starting to wonder why I even bother spending the money to license and provide the community with UHF CBRS Service when I am constantly verbally abused and threatened by Helen, with no way of accessing the repeater to respond to Helen's verbal tirades due to her location and what I can only assume the use of a "High Powered" radio to block the repeater which I can only assume must also be a breach of the Radiocommunications (Citizen Band Radio Stations) Class Licence 2002.

Section 6 Conditions — general
A Person MUST NOT
(f) operate a CB station:
(i) in a way that would be likely to cause a reasonable person, justifiably in all the circumstances, to be seriously alarmed or seriously affronted; or
(ii) for the purpose of harassing a person;
I am trying to get as many users of the UHF CBRS Community to sign this petition in order to show The ACMA that it is not only myself that is tired of this behaviour but other UHF CBRS Community members also.
Hopefully with enough support the ACMA will take action against Helen.
