Owners of 37 Penny Lane Stoneham, Massachusetts Grail Mortillaro & Joanne Marrella without permission from direct abutters, clear cut their parcel violating private property and wetland boundaries. By order of the Stoneham Conservation Commission, order of conditions were imposed by Stoneham Conservation Commission. Owners now seek Request for Amended Order of Conditions for the construction of a 24 X 28 detached garage situated within the 100 foot Buffer Zone and outside of the 25 foot no disturb zone.
We, the undersigned, call on the Stoneham Conservation Commission and the Stoneham Building Inspector to deny an application on behalf of Grail Mortillaro & Joanne Marrella a request for Amended Order of Conditions ( RAOOC, DEP File # 297-0369 ) for the construction of a 24 X 28 foot detached garage in their back yard.
The proposed garage is situated within the 100 foot Buffer Zone and outside of the 25 foot No Disturb Zone. Said petition is to request denial of the request for the Amended Order of Conditions by the Stoneham Conservation Commission and denial of a Building Permit for such detached garage from the Building Inspector.
