This technique is designed to confuse by narrating large amounts of contractual information to you, before enticing you into a legally binding contract.
This petition seeks to make telephone contract illegal. it is unreasonable to expect the human brain to absorb huge amounts of information presented in a telephone conversation that are designed to catch us unaware and deceitfully entice us into a binding contract.
While they offer cooling off periods it is purposely made difficult to get out of the contracts once agreed to.
