I am in a wheelchair and as such I require a certain level of care. I have have first hand experience of the inadequacies within the care profession.
The aim of this petition is to get people to finally stand up and take note of the short comings of our care system to get others to speak on behalf of those who are unable to speak for themselves.
Clients' rights should be respected to a higher degree because ever person has the right to adequate care with dignity. Every person has the right to feel validated, valued and accepted.
