Veloc1ty was banned 2 years ago from the DGL because of what he, understand as an SGS and iGame ban. (Banned since 2009/03/11) At the time, Veloc1ty's parents decided to query his ban and contacted iGame to speak to them about the said ban.

They came to an agreement that they will allow Veloc1ty to play, but will keep a close eye on him for the following 6 months and proceed to do various pb scans when Veloc1ty plays to ensure an incident doesn't occur again. Veloc1ty was told that punkbuster had banned him, and as far as he knew would have given him a global punkbuster ban had he been multihacking, or hacking in general.

Veloc1ty queried his bans with punkbuster, but they had no interest in helping him discover as to what the exact problem was. He was advised to take legal action, however due to it being both a waste of time and money that option was never followed up on. After all that had happened stated earlier, Veloc1ty decided to re-format his PC to eliminate any problems that may have caused such a ban. Veloc1ty however, could not contact SGS AND punkbuster over the phone. Punkbuster then stated that he would need evidence to prove his innocence.

They opted for recordings of him playing the day he was banned, however as it was a public server Veloc1ty (as most, maybe all players) do not record on public servers, with that in mind he had no evidence. However, although there is no evidence to prove there is hacks there are many gamers who will tell you on any day of the year, that Veloc1ty did not, will not and has NEVER hacked. iGames scans did not pick up any form of 3rd party software to influence his gameplay since he formatted his PC, and as any dedicated gamer he attends a local LAN(FRAG, www.frag.co.za) where his team, Fatality, come either 1st or 2nd every LAN. He has achieved provincial, national and Springbok colours for his endevours in gaming and has competed for South Africa in Namibia recently.

To unban Veloc1ty from the Do Gaming League and to allow him to participate online and competitively, or alternatively to allow him to partake in the banned player probation program to allow him a second chance.
