Fraser is a very good man and a very good Leader and he is very approachable and respecting every officer doing his best to treat all equally with fairness and makes the working environment favourable for all officers.
He does not discriminate and every officers feel relaxed with him around and a very strong team member, making sure officers feel confident during their duties with an encouraging attitude, always laughing and smiling with officers and making officers feeling more comfortable.
You can feel comfortable to tell him things about your personal life that you will not even discuss with your friends at work.
A good leader is a person who takes a little more than his share of the blame and a little less than his share of the Credit. People buy into the leader before they buy into the Vision.
We, the undersigned, call on management to rethink and be lenient with Fraser and give him another chance. Yes he made mistakes like we all do at some point in our lives but he is not a bad leader and not a bad person. So we call on management to cancel Fraser's resignation.
