Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Tennessee Senate to support and pass the Senate versions of HB0235 with the inclusion of HA0022. This will allow the Senate to approach and vote on the 3-foot passing rule in relation to motorists attempting to pass a cyclist on a common roadway.
