2011 Dudley Heights residents on nfsas want their R750 Deposits back

When we went to the letting offices to pay get the account details, we was told that I should deposit R750 for deposit because nsfas would be paying the balance of R750.

The deposit we payed, we were promised back when we moved out. When it came to moving out, we signed our vacating note giving our bank details for the money to be transferred into our respective accounts. It has been a month since we moved out and we still haven't gotten our money back. When we called last week, the lady said that they had already started returning the deposit money and that we should call again the following week.

Now when we call, we are told that we can't get our deposit back because nsfas didn't pay the other R750 that was promised to them.

THIS IS UNFAIR.
WHY SHOULD WE SUFFER FOR THEIR LACK OF ADMIN.
ITS OUR MONEY, OUR DEPOSIT!
