$100 million dollar scam in Korramangla, Karnataka

This is a history of who the land belongs to:

A Government Land was gifted to Bore Reddy in 1920 (Inaam land) to use it for agricultural purpose later the land was in use till 1956 then in 1958 Mr.Bore Reddy was passed away survived by his two sons Mr.Shammna Reddy and his brother (unknown) and to whom the land belong's to it was registered with the goverment claiming the land was their's because it was an Inaam land but some brother of Mr.Bore Reddy claim the land belongs to them because it was registered to them in 1982 every document is in hand of Government authority but the case is still in high court from past twenty year it was neglected by the Indian Government,local authority.

After the death of Mr.shammna and his wife in 1972 & 1978, the land wasn't registered and it was sold by the other brother of Shammna reddy (son of late Mr.bore reddy ) with out any permission or any written document of shammna reddy,shammna has a written document of General Power of attorney transfered in the name of Mr.theerthothama reddy (his son) and 4sons and 2 daughter.

But after the all the story:

a new face claim that the land today worth $ 100 million dollars is getting a annual rent of Rs 14 crores it is owned illgelally by suspended BJP MLC Janardhan Reddy; but the family in Vain of poverty and hunger dominated by politician and government authorities making them roam from office to office from 15 years.
