Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce President Frank Fraley is a convicted federal felon.
Upon information and belief, Frank Fraley did not consent to a background check prior to him assuming the position of President of the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce.
Upon information and belief, Frank Fraley misrepresented to Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce members that he received a M.B.A. from New York University.
Upon Information and belief New York University does not have any record of Frank Fraley graduating with a M.B.A.
Frank Fraley also stands accused of using Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce funds for his personal use. Some of the unauthorized purchases include but is not limited to an iPhone and golf club memberships.
I, the undersigned, hereby demand that Frank Fraley immediately resign as President from the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce. I was unaware that Frank Fraley was a convicted Federal Felon.
I feel that having a convicted felon as the leader of the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce puts a negative image on the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce and the City of Mount Vernon.
