The current Festival Foothills HOA dictates what they will and won't allow in our BACKYARDS even when it's not visible to anyone but the homeowner. What we do in our own backyards that is NOT VISIBLE over our property walls or through a view fence should be each homeowners OWN DECISION - NOT THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
Homeowners will still get proper permits and licensing where required by the Town of Buckeye, or other state licensing agencies, but asking for "permission" from the HOA to make these changes in our BACKYARDS must be stopped!
We, the undersigned, call on Festival Foothills Homeowners Association and acting Board of Directors, to eliminate their decision making powers in homeowners backyards where the landscape items are NOT VISIBLE over the wall or through a view fence.
Homeowners will still get permits and licenses from the appropriate city or state authorities.
