Methyl Bromide (Bromomethane) is a toxic Chemical which is recognized as an ozone depleting substance, has been banned in Europe and has dangerous Respiratory, kidney, and neurological effects.
This poison is used as a fumigant for many products brought into Australia, including some food products as well as all wood products.
Most conventional rice products have been fumigated by this poison, and there is no way of knowing what has been fumigated as it is odorless.
Methyl Bromide is deadly and its use should be illegal.
Everyone should have the right of a safe planet to live in.
