Thanks so much for everyone's support. Our message was heard- WECS will now be pursuing the charter!
In an effort to continue our current level of excellence and to further implement effective and innovative teaching strategies for the future, Woodland needs a new 21st century charter to meet these needs.
It is unclear that the current charter features will be preserved upon their expiration on July 1, 2011. To preserve the current "Woodland culture," we must voice our desire to be a charter school once again.
By signing this petition you are agreeing that you would like to see Woodland Elementary pursue developing and applying for a new charter from the State of Georgia.
This petition is to urge the Woodland Governance Board to start the charter application and development process as soon as possible.
