I consider a cruel for of violence against women, it occur when the women is most vulnerable and sensitive, during the pregnancy and early motherhood, when is known from the medical research that the women is vulnerable to depression.
The biological father choose to disappear and no-one supports the new mammy and many of the state law require the legal suit, claim, what mean resources, money, time. Each mom know how is to nurse the baby, imagine she is alone!!!

Birth rate for unmarried women: 52.3 births per 1,000 unmarried women aged 15-44 years
Percent of all births to unmarried women: 39.7%
For 2010 EU statistics the percent of baby born out of wedlock is more then 50%.
We, the undersigned, call on the UN to sanction the biological father abandon of the mother and baby with the same punishment for the family abandon.
It will make the man more responsible and reduce the cost of many trials regarding paternity denying, reduce the cost of social assistance regarding single mothers, escape many mothers from a painfully experience waiting for the father help, reduce the number of abortion and will produce wellness to many women and babies.
