Review Heating Facilities at Lisnavar Court Immediately

We the undersigned request that Oaklee Housing Association immediately arrange a meeting with the Lisnavar Social Housing Tenants to have full frank discussions with regards to the current Services and Service Charges which have been arbitarily imposed upon us.

We also wish to be fully involved in revising the emergency contingencies at Lisnavar Court which failed miserably in the main through mismanagement and apathy on the part of Oaklee Housing during the recent debacle which gave rise to tenants being left without heat and in some cases water over the entire Christmas period.
