Many states have not made it legal for gay marriage. Most divorces are straight couples. Just because its with the same sex does't mean it wont work. There are people who are intersex and they are free to marry any sex so what's the difference love is love no matter what.
Gay marriage should be legal every where. Love is love no matter what sex you marry. To have it illegal is against someone's rights. So why would you take that away from people.
