The majority of informed people in each electoral area oppose the APP because it has no environmental clause and does not achieve conflict resolution.

For these reasons and more we demand that you replace APP with the community initiated ASP that does include environmental protections and a mechanism for conflict resolution.

We, the undersigned ask that the FVRD replace the APP with the community initiated ASP.

ASP includes two important items that are missing from the APP;

1) an environmental protection clause and;

2) a conflict resolution mechanism. The ASP Aggregate Supply Plan is a model for gravel operations in BC and is a modern green solution.
