People having to many animals and not being able to properly care for them.
US Government,
Animal Hoarding, a bad thing people having to many animals and not being able to care for them properly. I say it should be a law that when people have to many animals that are either constantaly dying or are sick should have the animals taken away and the people should get help. These animals are in terrible situations please consider my consideration
