Waterfront Homeowners...

The $1650.00/yr. landscaping assessment we're expected to pay is clearly not reflected in the condition of our Waterfront lawns and common areas.

When left solely to the care of Premier Landscaping, lawns are often mistreated. It is not unusual for Waterfront homeowners to pay hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars in "out of network" lawn service expenses. And this out of pocket money is not necessarily for bells and whistles. We find ourselves paying extra just to keep pace with Chestatee community lawn standards.

We can no longer trust Premier to keep our yards and common areas looking good.

Premier's inexperience and/or shortcuts are likely compromising the integrity of our grass and shrubbery.

Landscaping 101 tells us that shrubs, if trimmed at inappropriate times of year with no respect to individual species, will die. Grass, when improperly fertilized, may crave more and more hydration and become susceptible to disease.

As stakeholders paying 412.50/QTR, we should no longer be forced to place our trust in the Chestatee powers that be to decide how our lawns are cared for. One size fits all cut rate treatment is no longer acceptable.

Let's take matters into our own hands.

Sign this petition to abolish the "mandatory landscaping" language and associated fee clause from the Chestatee HOA. We need the freedom to independently select who manages our lawns. Our property values depend on it!
