This Petition is about Aqila, she is married to her husband in England and brought back to Pakistan without her child. The husband now has got the child and Aqila has not any chance to see her child again.
I am concerned about the recent case of Aqila. She is married to a husband in England and has got a child. Her husband dumped her outside the parents' house in Pakistan in March without her passport and British visa, leaving her stranded with little hope of return.
Now she wishes her child back and the case is currently at the high court with Justice Mrs Hogg. I am really shocked that this is not the first case. I am also really concerned that Aqila was not able to return to the UK to the court hearing. It is outrageous that something like that is possible and that she is not allowed to come back to the UK, despite the UK visa. I have never heard like this before but apparently there are more cases similar to this. I petition the government to release details about the case.
