Westminster Village Apartments, located at 1307 Pawtucket Blvd, Lowell, Ma. 01854, and the Owners of this property, are trying to get approval to complete a conversion of individual metering of domestic electricity.
If this conversion is approved, all the tenants of Westminster Village, will be responsible for paying individual electric utility bills, on a monthly basis. We the tenants of Westminster Village Apartments want to oppose this and also list all of the reasons and concerns under separate cover, to be attached to these signed petitions, for HUD to review and consider.
We the undersigned (tenants of Westminster Village Apt's) call on Westminster Village Apartments & Mass Housing & the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to stop the individual utility metering and any (or all) financial responsibility, that may be required of us (the tenants) to pay any separate monthly utilities, as a result of this completion.
